Advertiser Terms

1Who These Terms Apply To

These Advertiser Terms apply to any business that pays for a SahoolPk listing plan (Silver, Gold, Platinum) or any paid promotional feature (WhatsApp Blast, Emergency Badge, etc.). By making a payment, you agree to these Terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

2Listing Plans & Pricing

Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Add-ons: Emergency 24/7 badge (Rs 299/month), Extra WhatsApp Blast (Rs 499 per blast).

3Payment Terms

• Payment is due monthly in advance.
• Accepted methods: bank transfer (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and direct WhatsApp confirmation.
• We will send a payment reminder 3 days before renewal.
• Failure to renew within 5 days of the due date may result in plan downgrade.

4Content Standards

Listing content must be:

• Accurate — correct name, phone, address, and business hours.
• Appropriate for all audiences.
• In Urdu, English, or both.
• Free from competitor mentions or misleading claims.

Photos must be of the actual business — no stock photos presented as real.

5Prohibited Businesses

The following businesses cannot be listed even on paid plans:

• Illegal businesses under Pakistani law.
• Businesses selling alcohol or prohibited substances.
• Gambling operations.
• Adult content businesses.
• Businesses with confirmed fraud reports.

SahoolPk reserves the right to expand this list as needed.

6Featured Placement

Featured and Gold/Platinum listings receive priority placement within their category. SahoolPk does not guarantee a specific rank — placement also depends on business rating, recency, and the number of competing paid listings.

"Top of category" means among the top 3 positions, not necessarily position 1.

7Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month — no mid-month refunds.
• Exception: if your listing was not published within 7 days of payment for reasons within SahoolPk's control, you are entitled to a full refund.

8Performance & Guarantees

SahoolPk does not guarantee a minimum number of views, calls, or customer inquiries. Platform availability targets 99% uptime, but downtime may occur due to maintenance or infrastructure issues.

9SahoolPk's Rights

We may:

• Remove or suspend any paid listing that violates these Terms without refund.
• Modify plan features with 30 days' notice.
• Reject renewal payments from businesses that have previously violated our Terms.
