• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

The following content is strictly prohibited on SahoolPk:

• Adult, obscene, or sexually explicit content.
• Content promoting violence, weapons, drugs, or illegal activities.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Fake business listings or reviews.

If you list a business or shop on SahoolPk, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
• Honor all prices and promotions listed on the platform.
• Fulfill orders placed through the platform in a timely manner.
• Comply with all applicable business licensing and food safety regulations.
• Not engage in discriminatory practices.

SahoolPk provides on-demand delivery services subject to availability. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and city configuration. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions. SahoolPk is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

All payments are processed through authorized payment gateways. SahoolPk does not store your full payment card details. Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy, available on request. Cash on delivery is available in select areas.

If you have a dispute with a merchant or rider, please contact our support team at support@sahoolpk.com. We will attempt to mediate the dispute in good faith. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of SahoolPk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
